President Trump on Monday morning signed an executive order blocking foreign aid or federal funding for international nongovernmental organizations that provide or "promote" abortions.
The order comes one day after the 44th anniversary of the Roe V. Wade Supreme Court ruling that made abortion legal.

I am glad Trump did this, but he needs to follow through and encourage the Republican congress to make this LAW so that the next Democratic president can’t just undo it again.
Every effort should be made to write into law what Trump first does by executive order.
And every effort should be made to limit what can be done by executive order prior to Trump leaving office.
In particular I would like to see the ability of the executive to use rule interpretations to effectively circumvent congress. This again would need to be written into LAW. Federal agencies should not have the power to effectively create law by “interpreting” rules however they wish.

You’d think the people who love to scream “Racist!” would be horrified at a policy that provides U.S. funding for abortions of babies “of color” (I’m so sick of that phrase) in other countries. But no, logic doesn’t enter into it.

Let’s see with this order and the defunding of the Endowment of the Arts, and PBS, Trump has saved us 1 trillion dollars.
Trump was dead wrong about one thing - he said I would get tired of winning.
If the pro-choice proponents want to promote abortion, let them set up a Go Fund Me campaign to pay for it. Don’t make the taxpayer pay for your ideology. Keep taxpayer money at home as much as possible. We are not Santa Claus to the world.
Next on the agenda.......Planned Parenthood criminal referrals for baby body parts selling.....and it should include the Clintons who enabled it.

The strange irony with pro-choicers is that on one hand they demand gov't stay out of their bedroom while on the other, they demand taxpayers fund it.
I wonder if anyone is keeping a compendium of every action of Trump that shows we’re winning.
Factor in, as well, the savings from shrinking the gov't workforce. It's time to divert some funding towards the replacement of the B 52 bombers, built between 1952-62 and still in service!! Turns out, the Air Force projects their continued use into the 2040s! This is testimony to the quality of construction from Boeing Corp.
