No. There should be mandatory and SEVERE consequences for this behavior. After word of minimum sentence of ten years in solitary confinement, this crap would stop.

I wonder if they will also ‘accidentally release’ the names and addresses of abortion doctors?

I’d be CCW irrespective of County or State authorization.

The legal defense is clear: “The State place my life at risk”

This evidences how skewed Cali is: they zealously guard info. about resident alien criminals since Nov. 8, but `accidentally’ put lawful residents at risk.

“In other unrelated news our little “hamlet” in AZ is being overrun by yet another mass exodus from CA. Realtor friends can’t find homes fast enough for them.
Good for our property value, as long as they leave CA values back in CA (like we did 12 years ago).”

I am just wondering how you “devine” that these CA transplants are don't share your values? Seems to me that the kind of folks who are leaving California are probably not the Liberal Trash that's collected there. Also, I will make you a bet that as a percentage of Arizona's population, illegals represent a bigger chunk of your state's people than they do here in CA. I remember the cardboard shantytown just south of Phoenix (across the interstate from Awatuke) when I used to drive down to Casa Grande on business.

What these victims should do is find a hacker who is willing to compile personal information about those responsible for this and their organizations, and release that information online, anonymously, as well. A counter-hack.

This should be referred to the FBI.””””

Trump’s NEW FBI——None of the current leaders in the FBI.

I define those with “CA values” as those who want to come in and create/maintain/bolster HOA’s, regulate these smaller towns (and no, where I live isn’t a “shantytown” or otherwise be big CA fish in a little AZ pond. The “Californication” of AZ is something to be opposed. Have read of it happening in Oregon and Idaho as well.

Most leaving CA are indeed akin to “our” way of thinking. There are too many who bring it with them, still.

BTW, noted from your profile you are in NorCal... a wholly different beast from SoCal (I grew up in NorCal, moved to AZ from SoCal)... so, I’ll grant you the “State of Jefferson” is much more like what I have here in AZ :)

Jail time. The perps need some LOOOOOOOONG jail sentences.

This is not a “slap on the wrist” offense. It was a deliberate political act done to create trouble for the victims, and possibly get them killed.

I have a feeling a lot of things are about to be referred to the FBI.

Absolutely.

No jail sentences in California will ever happen.

However, get some hungry/aggressive conservative attorneys and sue the hell out those involved in civil courts.

If the orders came from high up, identify those thugs and get the new AG to hammer them.

I would like to show this timeline:

In Oct, 2016, this information gets’released’ into the public.

On Nov 8, Kamala Harris gets elected Calif Senator to replace Boxer.

When this information is told to the holders of these instructor papers, it is sent out on Dec 28, 2016 -——Literally 50 days AFTER Harris gets elected-—and only 6 days before she gets sworn in to the new Congress in
Washington.

Why do I think that the NEW AG in Calif actually sent out this info? I am not convinced that Harris did it. Since she was being sworn in only 6 days later, I contend that she was already in DC, and had no hand in notifying any of these instructors. She is a snake.....She kept grilling Trump’s choice for CIA about ‘Global Warming issues” in his hearing.

I say sue her & everyone connected to this breach of the public trust.

Not by percentages according to this map, which being from Slate I'm sure way understates the numbers -

....and if any of these people are harassed or harm, they should pay a midnite visit to any and all of those responsible for releasing this info.

Do you mean to imply that you believe they are fully competent to do their jobs? Isn’t incompetent also an option?

I believe the release was on purpose, incompetence used as an excuse in this case.
