Super Bowl LI is still 18 days away, but Madison Avenue’s TV ad controversy game is already underway. Fox, which will broadcast this year’s NFL Championship game, has asked for changes to a 90-second commercial from a building supply firm that features a border wall. The spot, from 84 Lumber, a first time Super Bowl advertiser, was deemed by Fox to be too controversial, a spokesman for ad agency Brunner told The Post.

Americans need to boycott this crap and not subject themselves to the half time Trump Bash by Tutti Fruiti and her Fruitcakes. I haven’t watched a “super bowl” in over five years. Won’t be watching this year either.

I am OK as long as they are consistent and that means NO political messages of any kind on the commercials.

watched NFL football since 1950s. Browns. Jim Brown, Otto Graham, and Lou Grouza. In recent years watched 3-4 games a week, taping them and fast forwarding.

No games this yer or until the NFL stops insulting values which I hold dear. Not only dod they allow the 9er and others to do what they did without sanction, the 9ers gave the guy and award. This is an “in your face” move if there ever was one.
College football is fine and I ave things I can do on Sunday, including during the Super Bowl.

Last football game I watched was when the Colts won. Whenever that was.

And that’s only because I went for the free drinks and yummy snacks at the game party.

As a Massachusetts Patriots' fan, my team is in the Super Bowl every-other year. I have to watch. I have no choice but to watch.

You know how these sphincter-lip House Dems are being un-American to skip our President's Inauguration? Well, it would be the same rejection of a distinctly American tradition were I not to honor my home team's appearance in the Super Bowl.

BUT!!!, I promise I won't watch the halftime show... if that helps.

Just wait and see when hundreds of “Border Wall Cams” go online and the whole nation watches.Minute by minute construction views non stop....with no commercials.

And ignores the MSM and other political operations in broadcasts.

I have to watch in real time since me yelling at the screen affects the outcome of the game.

Was that you in the last minute of the Cowboys game yelling at Garrett interfering with MY yelling at him? The defense was WRONG.

I don’t think it is. Many users but not purchasers of their products are not here legitimately.

They wouldn’t bite that hand just for a Super Bowl ad.

In the housing construction field, there is a huge labor shortage. I was in a large meeting today discussing it. I believe that many illegal construction trades men will self deport. Americans who haven’t gone into those trades will see that it can be lucrative and ultimately, there will be some sort of legal guest worker program.
