Ben Stein WRECKS Hollywood “Snobs” With One Killer Statement
sarahpalin.com ^ | January 17, 2017 | Mary Kate Knorr

Posted on 01/17/2017 10:45:14 AM PST by Resettozero

With only a few days to go until President-Elect Donald Trump’s inauguration, Ben Stein has stepped out into the political scene once again, via an interview with Fox News Host Neil Cavuto.

In the interview, Stein tears Hollywood a new one.

“A biggest bunch of bullies you’ve ever seen in your life…they are a united black-listing front who will go against anyone that they think is politically undesirable. They are not for freedom of speech, they are not for freedom of expression. They are exactly the opposite of that.” Wow—a pretty major admission from someone who’s mingled in Hollywood circles since the 1970’s.

He went on:

“They’re also incredible snobs, so they look down on Donald Trump even though he’s rich because they think he’s trashy rich. Like Archie Bunker who suddenly got 11 billion dollars.” What an insight.

In the midst of the 2016 Election Cycle, Stein was featured in a Chuck Grassley ad which mimicked his role in the iconic movie, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.

The ad surprised many Americans who’d been previously unaware of Stein’s political career. Prior to his time as an actor, Stein was a speechwriter for Presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford.

It’s rare we hear such harsh criticism of Hollywood from an insider—and despite his conservative views, Stein certainly is one.

Between the speech we heard from Meryl Streep last week at the Golden Globes and the daily reports of celebrities rescinding their commitments to perform at the inauguration next week, it’s clear Hollywood’s pretty dead-set on bullying Americans into feeling how they want them to feel.

The only problem? It’s not really working for them (see: 2016 Presidential Election).

The more they keep it up the more seats they will lose in the next election.

They still don’t get it.

Don’t go to see their movies.
Don’t let your children go see their movies.
Don’t by TV advertisers products that support their crap.
Don’t buy their CD’s, MP3’s or DVD’s...........

In 3 days they’ll be a powerless minor annoyance, like when you drink a soda and all that’s left is the ice. Ho hum.

Just received this from a friend. Thought it should be shared:

Dear Hollywood celebrities.....!!
It’s time to wake up now.
Get this! The only reason that you exist is for my entertainment.
Some of you are beautiful.

Some of you can deliver a
line with such conviction that you bring
tears to my eyes.

Some of you are so convincing
that you scare the shit out of me. And
others of you are so funny that you can
make me laugh uncontrollably.

But know this, you all have just one thing in common.
You only exist and have a place in my world to entertain me.
That’s it. Nothing else!

You make your living pretending to be someone else. You play
dress-up like a 5-year-old. Your world is a make believe world. It is not
real. It doesn’t exist. You live for the camera while the rest of us live in
the real world. Your entire existence depends on my patronage.

I crank the organ grinder, and you dance.
Therefore, I don’t care where you stand on issues.

Honestly, your opinion means nothing to me.
Just because you had a lead role in a movie about prostitution
doesn’t mean you know what it’s like to be a prostitute.

Your view matters far less to me than that of
someone living in Timbuktu.

Believe me or not, the hard truth is that you aren’t
real. I turn off my TV or shut down my
computer, and you cease to exist.

Once I am done with you, I go back to the real world until I want you
to entertain me again.

I don’t care that you think BP executives deserve the death penalty.
I don’t care what you think about the environment. I don’t care if you
believe fracking is bad. I don’t care if you call for more gun control. I
don’t care if you believe in catastrophic human-induced global
warming.

And I could care less that you supported Hillary for President. Get back into your bubble.
I’ll let you know when I’m in the mood for something pretty or scary or funny.

And one other thing.
What was all this “I’ll leave the country if Donald Trump wins”?
Don’t you know how stupid that made you sound?
What did you think my reaction was going to be? i better not vote for Trump or we’ll lose Whoopi Goldberg? Al Sharpton? Amy Schumer?
Leave. I don’t care! And don’t let the door hit you in
the ass on your way out.

Make me laugh. Make me cry. Even scare me.
But realize this, the only words of yours that matter are scripted
just like your pathetic little lives.

I may agree with some of you from time to time, but in the final analysis, it doesn’t matter. In my world, you exist solely for my entertainment.

So, shut your mouth and dance, monkey, DANCE!

Hollywood is the trashy rich. The are the McCarthy Hollywood hated because he labeled some as communists and black listed some. HA! They black list anything and anybody the least bit conservative and I bet a lot of them are “reds” (communists). Not in the true sense of the word because Putin wouldn’t have them for a minute. Their survival rate would be very low.

Ben Stein’s movie “Expelled: No intelligence Allowed” also is going off of the Marxist forced “Narrative” of satanic, sodomite Hollywood, the rapers of all the little boys and girls (Corey Feldman).

He has always has a sharp mind and a lot of courage to pursue “truth”.

He is one reason why I submerged myself into Natural Law Theory and the ideas and worldview of the Founders— the Age of the Enlightenment and the Ancient Greek masters along with the emerging Christian theology which created Modern Science and the Age of Reason and US Constitution.

Ben Stein finally got a clue? He savaged Trump throughout the campaign but is now on board, I guess. Screw him.
I'm surprised he's mentioned on Sarah's web site since he stated she needed to be babysat by Henry Kissinger during the 2008 campaign. An effete uniparty snob of the worst kind.

Just because you had a lead role in a movie about prostitution doesn’t mean you know what it’s like to be a prostitute.

But...but...

Most of the newer actors DO understand prostitution very closeup and personally. It's what they do...and lie to themselves about what their paid dalliances (mostly behind the scenes but not always) really are.

Hollyweirdos are Hollywhores!!

(Now, where's the closest street corner for me to preach...)

Great piece. But this was not written by Ben Stein. I knew I’d seen something very much like this before, years ago, and this is not at all Stein’s writing style. So I did a quick search and found the talented lady who wrote it back in 2010. http://injennifershead.com/?p=1841

What is it that makes some people think it’s perfectly fine to rip off someone else’s work, tinker with it, “update” it, and slap someone else’s name on it? Not criticizing you, personally. You thought you were passing on a properly attributed piece. Just wanted to correct the record.

Aside from it being the right thing to do, once word gets out that you value attribution and accuracy, you’ll find that the daily count of junk FW: fw: fw: emails will drop to about zero.

Carry on.

It’s like President Eisenhower said way back when:

“Farming looks mighty easy when your plow is a pencil and you’re a thousand miles from the cornfield!”

And BTW, that’s a good quote to use when championing the shuttering of the USDA. There are more people in that agency today than there are farmers!
