A Philadelphia teachers organization urged educators to instruct students about Black Lives Matter (BLM) in the classroom.
The Caucus of Working Educators, a branch of a teachers union, wants educators to wear Black Lives Matter gear in the classroom and teach lessons based on the movement, reports ABC News.
The organization has already written lesson plans for the week of Jan 23-Jan 28, many of which are based on BLMs calls for diversity and globalism.
The vast majority of students that we serve are black, and its important to affirm the lives of our students, Charlie McGeehan, a co-organizer, said.
The themes for the lessons vary day to day. Jan. 23s lessons are supposed to cover ideas of restorative justice, empathy and loving engagement, while Jan. 24 will deal with diversity and globalism.

This isn’t educating, it is RECRUITMENT.
They are spending a week to recruit students to go to DC and riot at the inauguration Friday.
Quit actin’ white. Book learning is stigmatized.
In case anyone was wondering why they don’t have time to teach reading and math, this is why.
Great, a full week of teaching kids how bad police are and how to blame white people for everything...
Because every city should be run as well as Detroit and every country should become like Zimbabwe and South Africa.
Hey bully for you Charlie.
You obviously won't mind if our lily white suburb does a weeklong celebration of European and Western Civilization achievements.
Cut off the Federal funds!!!!
Will that include trips to the local firing range to practice shooting police?
Well, this would be the day that my kids were pulled out of this district and I file a lawsuit. People need to ask themselves, if $hit like this is allowed to stand then what comes next?
Charlie's white. Which means he's a leftist plantation ranger.
For those not in the know. Restorative Justice refers to nevr locking up kids who do crimes....no matter how awful or how often.
It relies solely on social service solutions to all juvenile criminal actors.
I believe a kid who is 10 and shoplifts a candy bar need not be taken to juvi and sent through the courts. As my parents worked out with the 7/11 my younger sibling stole from, a week of pushing a broom through the parking lot by the offending child works wonders to nip a life of thievery in the bud.
However....the lefties want the govt. to act as parent (shocking, I know) and use government ordered drum circles, kid run restorative justice courts, forced therapy sessions with the family, etc for all juvenile offenders.
This includes recidivist robbery and assault committing juveniles.
If they really want to save black lives these educators should be teaching a civics lesson about the criminal justice system, specifically to not resist arrest, instead tell your story to the judge and/or jury.

That’s when you get your car back from the body shop after running over the blmers running out onto the highway.
Hear we have the celebration of a domestic terrorist group funded by clinton and soros. Philly teachers will teach their students that fighting with law enforcement is the right thing to do because they are the enemy and are out to kill only black people.
A week’s worth of the gentle giant? How to successfully disarm cops.
Reinforcement of racial hatred. That's what's being affirmed.
Let’s hope they teach the history of Liberia, the African country the US helped set up to return slaves to their own self rule.
A black nurse I know told me about her brother bringing home something he’d shoplifted. When dad found out he told him that no one in his family we going to be known as a “thieving n#gger”. He made him return it, apologize, and work it off. He’s an appellate judge now.
