Of all the Morning Joe crew, you might be surprised to learn that it was liberal Dem Mika Brzezinski who this morning took the toughest shots at CNN and Buzzfeed for publishing unverified stories containing salacious allegations regarding Donald Trump’s business dealings with, and personal behavior in, Russia.
Mika also speculated that the intelligence community might have propagated the story as payback for Trump having insulted them.
Brzezinski first wondered whether CNN and Buzzfeed went with the story “because they hate [Trump] so much, or is the intelligence community literally putting the screws to Donald Trump because he insulted them?”

MSNBC had Rick Wilson on late last night, at the same time the storyline was being thoroughly debunked by many, including Trump’s team, Freepers, and Russia. On its face, the rumor is laughably ludicrous but that didn’t stop McCain, CNN, and other anti-Trump nut cases from running with it.
Don’t let Mika fool you, she is a far left as it gets but she would like to suck up to Trump and get out of his doghouse. She also would like better ratings than CNN which was so hot on this fake news.
The old Florida phrase 'When you're up to your ass in alligators it's hard to remember the original goal was to drain the swamp" is true. But it just became easier - - Swamp alligators outed themselves - Trump's job just got a whole lot easier.
