I spoke to a lawyer friend of mine with State Dept and Federal experience.

He said that by international law, nations have to take their citizens back. Period.

There is no "maybe."

If those nations do not comply, they can be sued and found guilty in the international courts.

While the court case is going on and even after being found guilty the illegal alien criminal is still here. I wonder about C130 repatriation. “Tower, this is USAF C130. We are landing for 5 minutes and then taking off again. Clear your airspace”.

REALITY CHECK----As of January 2016, the following countries were designated by ICE as "uncooperative" in accepting back their citizens the US wished to return----Third world refugees who committed crimes in the US: Afghanistan, Algeria, Burundi, Cape Verde, China, Cuba, Eritrea, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, India, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, and Zimbabwe.
