Slap a 30% tariff on their asses. That is what the Gooks are afraid of.

This is very interesting, I don’t think President Trump will be quite about letting the American People and the foreign countries know what is happening and when all the money is cut off from China and they no longer are needed, I wonder what other foreign country will take their crap like we have...not many if they don’t want everyone to know they are traitors to America also...and President Trump will let us know...

Good article and good going President Trump!!!

“The Chinese can just turtle up and wait out 8 years of Trump.”

A lot of this will depend on how much of our debt China holds. Our policies with everyone, not just China should focused on our prosperity not theirs.

When assessing the enmity of North Korea, it is necessary to consider the difference between possibility and probability.

Just as communism was the scourge of the prior century, iz slime is the scourge of the present one - and that of several other past centuries.

Fortunately Trump has picked several key men who understand the current threat.

NK is China’s miniature poodle, always nipping at ankles. Our relationship with China is “complex”. Mr Trump hopefully has an idea how he’s going to deal with China. He’s a man of vision and ideas.

Yep, our dollars have been propping up the communist party in China ever since Nixon.

It is well past the time that what N. Korea threatens to do is a mere possibility. We are spending too much time in rationalizing and convincing ourselves that there is no real problem, just a loony dictator making what is essentially an empty threat, and not responding to it will solve the problem: an extremely risk-averse approach that actually increases the risk.

Our relationship with China is “complex”.

China's relationship with us is more complex. That did not stop it from pushing its envelope and flouting U.S. demands for years. Part of China's complex maneuver is based on the premise that U.S. would be so preoccupied with "complexity" that it won't take any action.

If you train your puppy to kill me, I’m still dead. We should address the threats directly and tell these leaders we will take the development of nuclear weapons as a direct threat on the us if they have threatened us other wise. Also, we should stop at inception any new nuclear programs.

Trump is right. NK is essentially a client state of China. As a combat veteran of the Korean “conflict,” I remember well how the Chinese army came in droves trying to drive the US and ROK troops out of Korea so the communists would rule.. We should never have settled for a ceasefire.

Why would Koreans be afraid of a 30% tariff on the PRC?

A tariff might encourage the ChiComs to act right and get a grip on their neighbor.

Punish our enemies and reward our friends.

Red China is no friend. How to punish them? Economic. There are ways to make the Reds squeal.
