Say she’s breaking one of the Seven Deadly Sins - gluttony (as if she’s Catholic).
being fat does not constitute gluttony if it’s not extreme- the gluttony denounced in the bible was where the rich people have ‘vomitoriums’ where they coudl stuff themselves to bursting- then vomit, and stuff themselves some more— and repeat as many times as they liked-

Actually, gluttony is not necessarily about eating too much. It is about putting created things before God.
