Her size is from
1. always eating
2. never moving beyond bed, bathroom and kitchen.

She will have tremendous health problems and will probably either be institutionalized for care when she ages and can't take care of herself or she will die young.
She LEARNED that behavior from family and relatives. It didn't suddenly appear at 25 years of age.

She could get all the help she needed from Weight Watchers. Weight Watchers works.
