The crazy, out-of-touch-with-reality Dems have no idea how popular sheriffs and their troopers are in the thousands of counties across the fruited plain.
Or, in their state of possession by leftist demons, they don't care.
This is big! A lot of Dems up for re-election to the Senate in 2 years will be thinking twice about going against the local lawmen in their districts.

I predict they will try to do as they did with Ashcroft - but Trump is not W ... he will fight them directly to the public... and if there is an attack or a threat he will make doormats out of them! Are there any Democraps with an IQ as high as the double digits?
And they are the ones who deal with the everyday voter most frequently and are most responsive to the needs of the community, because they live there too.

When NY passed the misnomer "Safe Act", it was the Sheriffs organization that alone, stood up for the community and said:" We will not comply".
To date, while the "Safe Act" got passed in the middle of the night, there has been minimal compliance upstate, while the urban NYC area has already knelt before the Progressive Governor.
New York City and State and Germany including most of Europe are all in deep feces, IMO, because they’re being run by the enemies of freedom and power-hungry, amoral, corrupt waste. At some point, the people will realize the peril they’re in because of the vermin running their lives solely for their own gain.
