A universal gun background check measure, approved by Nevada voters and touted as a victory by gun control advocates, was supposed to take effect after the clock struck midnight Saturday and residents rang in the new year.
But the FBI and Nevadas attorney general, calling the initiative unenforceable, have put it on hold indefinitely.
The unexpected development is a welcome surprise for Second Amendment supporters, who have long been critical of such background check efforts funded by Michaels R. Bloombergs gun control advocacy group, Everytown for Gun Safety.

Here’s what needs to happen. The voting records need to be checked in Nevada and compared to California. You will find hundreds who voted Federally in both jurisdictions. Maybe thousands. All who did so must be prosecuted. The same thing needs to be done in New York vs Florida, New Hampshire, Maine, etc.

So spend $1MM or whatever was spent on the anti campaign again next cycle. Hit BloomingIdiot for $20MM a cycle against your $1MM. And in the meantime, the law isnt enforceable anyway. Win, win.
of course it is unenforceable. anyone with 2 functioning brain cells can see that. without gun registration it does not work.
