Sorry but I MUST disagree. Ask yourself what do we do with a rabid dog? We shoot them and that is EXACTLY what needs to be done with feral, rabid dogs such as this creep. I definitely would not feed and house him the rest of his miserable life, NEVER.
If I were the girl or her parents, I would find a good hungry lawyer and file a civil lawsuit against Ex-President Obama for enabling and facilitating the illegal criminal to do this.
