Many years ago at a conference a food sanitation inspector/administrator was seated at our dinner table. The stories were horrendous about what food handlers do with food. . .and then others piled on to what she said. Spitting in the food was one of milder examples and these were supposedly “high class” restaurants cited for violations.

I heard there was a big red shift in the voters across Oahu, traditiohally blue the island has gone more Republican, notably the north and northwest part of the island.
