Like Obama and the rest of the Blacks in the Dem party, Waters is an old school racist and one of the stupidest Blacks in Congress. That is why gerrymandering was invented so brainless, corrupt people like Waters wouldn’t have to compete with competent people but could just appeal to the stupidity of the Blacks in their district. It is a shame because there are a lot of good Blacks out there that could compete in any district with any race make up, not just one made up of Black sheep.
She is the best and brightest from her district in California.
