Rep. Maxine Waters (D., Calif.), a ranking member on the House Financial Services Committee, said on Monday that she refuses to sit down with President-elect Donald Trump to find common ground on policy differences.
MSNBC host Jacob Soboroff asked Waters whether she agreed with incoming Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer’s (D., N.Y.) strategy of working with the Trump administration on areas they can find agreement.
“No, absolutely. I do not agree. I tell you that been a problem in my party that when we are in power, we are nice. We bend over backwards to work with people,” Waters said. “Trump has stepped on everybody. He has no respect for his own colleagues, let alone those on the opposite side of the aisle.”

Maxine Waters is just being Maxine Waters. Like Joe Biden is just being Joe Biden.
Not much of anything will break through that wall thrown up around whatever passes for thinking processes with these people.
Any meeting with Waters would be a total waste of time.
I’m sure Trump does not care.
Just for the record, Trump has never asked Maxine Waters to Trump Tower.
But she’ll talk to him. No doubts about it. Just dangle money and more plastic surgery in front of her.
Attempting to negotiate on any issue with leftists is like attempting to negotiate with a gang of psychopathic rapists over access to your family members.
You gain nothing and lose everything.
Knowing Maxine, to be extremely liberal, I doubt they will ever have any “common ground”.... and that’s alright with me.

The ONLY common ground I can see is that Maxine Waters joins a long list of leftist liberals who, at the least, must be put in prison.
