Fereemasons are an unknown quantity. Some take their masonic oath seriously, some do not.

It is usually best to stay safe, and avoid the risk.

Sessions has done some good things, but has never been put to a critical test.

>> “Lastly, there must be a judge and a fair hearing...” <<

Yes that hearing should be guaranteed for any property with a value of more than $500, and should be advertised in advance, and held openly in Superior Court of the state in question.

If I heard a hissing in my head it would be an improvement. The holes of stupidity in my head are nice and wide so no shrill hiss. On a clear day you can see right through my gaping foramena. So you gave me a compliment, thanks.

But Ted Cruz is a fake. Is he smart and does he govern for our Constitution? Yes. Which is why I was planning to vote for him. And he still does good, conservative things. But he is small minded, petty, dishonest, poor morals, and just generally nasty like a little b*tch in personality. So he intellectually plays the game but doesn’t actually live or behave like a gdly conservative. That matters to some.

You are completely wrong about Cruz.

He is frightfully honest, even when honesty doesn’t advance the cause, and he is full of love for fellow humans, the only 2016 candidate about whom that can be said. His morals are completely above reproach.

He’s a damn nerd!

The history of the American presidency - from Washington to Ford - makes your claims pure nonsense:

Look at post #85. I count 15 presidents involved with the Masonic order; 3 of them would be counted among our 10 best; 3 of them would be counted among our 10 worst; 9 would be in between. Sounds like a fairly average distribution among quintiles. Indeed, about as average as you can get.

The present is what matters.

Now is the time that Islam is a threat to the entire world.

Freemasonry is without question bonded to Islam. Just look at the symbolism; they are identical.

Washington denounced masonry, which is why his mason barber killed him by bleeding him to death.

Truman, Johnson, and Ford did great damage to the nation, and the world.

You're shooting blanks again.

Far from 'denouncing masonry' here's some sourced and verified Washington quotes proving he defended it - both during his Presidency (the 1st quote) and till just 1-year before his death (the 2nd)[LINK]:

"To enlarge the sphere of social happiness is worthy of the benevolent design of a Masonic institution; and it is most fervently to be wished, that the conduct of every member of the fraternity, as well as those publications, that discover the principles which actuate them, may tend to convince mankind that the grand object of Masonry is to promote the happiness of the human race."

George Washington (January 1793)

"So far as I am acquainted with the principles & Doctrines of Free Masonry, I conceive it to be founded in benevolence and to be exercised only for the good of mankind. If it has been a Cloak to promote improper or nefarious objects, it is a melancholly proof that in unworthy hands, the best institutions may be made use of to promote the worst designs."

George Washington (November 1798)

As for being murdered by a 'mason barber' as retribution for that supposed denouncement, here are 2 links to extensively researched and validated facts on Washington's death.

The 1st established that he was, at the time of his death, attended by 3 prominent doctors and the bleeding was done only at the direction of these doctors by not a "barber" but by Washington's own estate manager.

The 2nd is a medical analysis which establishes that those doctors, while obviously not able to treat him according to today's standard, did treat him to the best standards available at the time.

Save your foolish dithering.

Washington had to admit that masonry was false, and demanded a demit.

It cost him his life.

"Foolish?"

I give you and other FReepers the proofs of my facts and you expect others to believe your unsupported nonsense just because you say so.

Now that my boy is the definition of "foolish!"

George Will’s writing style is frankly unreadable. This preposterous hit piece in the WaPo isn’t going to persuade anyone but fools sand nitwits.

Thank you for that clarification which I should have acknowledged immediately but, regrettably, it was lost in the holiday rush.
