In boasting about his tenure in the White House, President Barack Obama often cites numbers like these: 15 million new jobs, a 4.9 percent unemployment rate and 74 months of consecutive job growth.
There’s one number you will almost never hear: More than 1,030 seats.
That’s the number of spots in state legislatures, governor’s mansions and Congress lost by Democrats during Obama's presidency.

The jobs rate and unemployment and growth numbers are made up numbers to support an agenda. The loss of 1000+ seats are fact.
Obama single handedly screwed up this country. What little legacy he imagines he has will reflect that.
Agreed, yet they still delude themselves that their utter infestations of their two dozen urban area enclaves with millions of non-assimilating immigrants and illegals VOTING that constitutes a false popular vote margin trumps anything.
They have no idea why and how this country was formed and for what. We need to be rid of them.
Here is the dirty little secret about the unemployment numbers:
When you’re collecting unemployment check, you have to certify every two weeks that you are looking for work. Unless you do so, you don’t get a check.
So people who are collecting a check will report every two weeks that they are looking for work. These people are counted in the statistics as unemployed, but in the labor market. This goes on for 99 weeks, until the unemployment runs out, and the check stop.
After that, nobody bothers to report to the government that they’re looking for work every two weeks. At this point they drop off of the rolls. They are no longer counted as looking for work, and they are no longer in the labor market. They are not included in the calculation of the unemployment rate.
But the only difference between a worker who has been collecting checks for 88 weeks, and a worker who is been out of work for 102 weeks, and is no longer collecting a check, is that one report to the government that he is looking for work and the other will not. There is no rational reason to include one in the unemployment rate and not the other.
The other dirty little secret of unemployment is that many people, when their 99 weeks of unemployment run out, file for disability insurance. The fact that they have been out of work for two years is taken as evidence of their disability. So they go from collecting one kind of check to another kind of check. People on disability are also not counted in the unemployment rate.
That is how we can have 98 million unemployed people and an unemployment rate of 4.7%
I wonder how long it will take for the Democrats to tell the narcissist Obama to shut the hell up. The longer the better as far as I’m concerned.

Not only did Obama screw up the country, he probably screwed up the Democrat party for a generation. There is NOBODY on the bench ready to come in for many of these seats that have been eroded away, for the next election or perhaps several to come. The young people are just not being groomed and nourished as they must, as all the oxygen in the room has been breathed up and only noxious fumes remain, the residue of the Obama AND the Clinton regimes.
Look for most of the “Obama legacy” to be undone within months of the assumption of the office by No. 45, Donald J. Trump. A new legacy shall very promptly be carved out, mostly by burying the previous one.
