Not entirely a bad idea. If all those migrants could be mustered to go back there and add their forces to peace keeping, they’d be in a far better place.
The kicker is, would they WANT to. I think they’re largely nihilistic, and think something like hey, if we can go somewhere and raise hell, let’s do it, for tomorrow we die anyhow.
