Not this “ski”. going next year.
So has the pope come out against this yet?
Bump for later and ping.
I worry about Putin’s designs on Poland.
These days, it’s less principle than prudence. Consider Prague and Budapest as well.
I think this is just terrific. God Bless Poland.
Yes, but did not Christ say “My kingdom is not of this world’’ ?
[Jesus himself kept insisting that he was not an earthly king, and refused all attempts to make him one.]
Making JESUS King is declaring IN GOD WE TRUST.
You must visit Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, etc., as well. Wonderful countries now.
It’s awesome to take a Danube cruise in Budapest at night and see all the buildings along the river lit up.
And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.”
(Matthew 28:18)
Hungary is also pushing back against the Globalist Machine.
They keep those barbed wire fences in place at the borders, whether Belgium likes it or not. Italy is about the only western European nation not (officially) trying to smash out all doubt or resistance from the natives. When huge sums of money start going into these countries, that may be a sign of coming realignment in national status. England, France and Germany have been a strong force together for a long time, but there is no law saying this can never be changed.
No one ever thought that Switzerland would have to largely give up the anonymity of it’s bank accounts either.
What happened to the Swiss Bank Account is very likely to also happen to Bit-Coin phenomena as well. Why? Because too many people are using the Bit-Coin system to hack corporate internet accounts and demand to be paid a ransom in order to get the data restored. This is happening to Hospitals, Banks and even Police Departments. Of course the purchasing of illegal drugs and substances also continues without interruption. No doubt terrorism is also aided by this purchasing method. It takes a while for laws to catch up with online abilities, but I do believe this will be done fairly soon. Too many rotten apples spoiling a good system for everybody.
There’s a difference between Jesus being king over all creation and proclaiming Jesus as an earthly king.
The second one is too demeaning for the Lord.
“In our hearts, rule us, Christ! In our families, rule us, Christ! In our schools and universities, rule us, Christ!”
I accept. I wonder how many American Founding Fathers would also accept the Polish commands of the Lord?
Patrick Henry for one. “This great nation was founded on the Gospel of Jesus Christ.”
My wife and I were there as chaperones this last July for World Youth Day. Krakow and Poland were amazing hosts. Our teens and young adults loved it and seeing about one million young people joining in Mass right outside the city is was a sight I wish all Freepers could have seen. Note: There wer 180 countries represented and the only reason the police were needed was for crowd control. What you believe in your life does makes a difference, but we all knew that.
Christmas in Aleppo came early this year. Merry Christmas.

I remember when the roughest, toughest kid on the block was the US. This was a very ballsy thing to do and I’m impressed. I also think I know where I’m going to plan my next European vacation, if I can ever afford another one.
About time someone challenged me about the article instead of quoting Bible verses at me.
Could have used a little less condescending, though.
I know that Poland isn’t trying to create a theocracy. I didn’t even need to read more than two paragraphs into the article to see that.
The note of discord that sings in my mind is how easy it is to mingle the eternal kingdom of God with the temporal kingdom of God—and how the promises the Lord has given are different in each—and something about this ceremony itches at the back of my mind regarding that.
Especially the bits that I don’t quite understand about how Poland being Christian will apparently let them win some war...? I’ve been reading that over and over and I still don’t get it.
