In peace there's nothing so becomes a man As modest stillness and humility: But when the blast of war blows in our ears, Then imitate the action of the tiger; Stiffen the sinews, summon up the blood, Disguise fair nature with hard-favour'd rage; Then lend the eye a terrible aspect . . .
- Henry V Act 3, Scene 1 - William Shakespeare
I am a proud USARMY veteran. I was born in 1970. I can remember 10 cent phone calls on rotary phones and $300.00 calculators. However, I've never used a slide rule and if you think my opinion is less relevant because of that, well, that's your opinion and you are entitled to it.
I use commas, hyphens, and ellipsis [. . .] excessively and apologize to English teachers and grammar nuts in advance.
