The votes take place in all of the states. C-span will be showing Illinois, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. A Certificate of Ascertainment and one Certificate of Vote are then sent to the President of the Senate for the official count of the electoral votes in January. I am fully expecting some Democrat to stand up and object. Though it will not result in anything, they will use this opportunity to demean his certification by the Senate.
But we will know the unofficial number tomorrow?

Let them demean all they want. It just makes them look small, petty, desperate, and foolish. It helps us identify the enemies of the US and the mentally unbalanced.
