At a minimum, I hope all his court picks are 20 year old conservatives.

That's why RATS have nothing left to lose and are going scorched-earth.

The Thank You tour needs to continue through New Year, and his wishing Merry Christmas needs to be notated that the RATS are doing everything they can to ruin Christmas for everybody.

Like in Avatar, Trump must permanently form the bond before inauguration, and he's doing a fantastic job.

Yeah, yeah. Don't count on it.

I'm fairly certain we were being told the same thing after we elected George W. Bush.

2 years later, we lost The House and Senate.

Don't rest on your laurels, FRiends. It's pedal to the metal at all times.

That's how the Libturds operate.

We need to hold President Trump's feet to fire when the time calls for it and we need to help him advance his agenda when the time calls for it.

I know for the most part I'm preaching to the choir but I still think it's worth remembering.

No majority is permanent in politics.

In 2008 it looked like the GOP was finished.

We just went through an election which showed how hard it is for a President to get a 3rd term.

Trump will be no different.

We need to get done what we can before the cycle swings the other way.

The coronation of hillary was to be the cherry on the cake for the left: they had patiently cobbled together disparate, special interest groups (including illegal aliens and invaders from the middle east) to elect her, and with her appointing several far left Supreme Court justices, they would have successfully established their own Thousand Year Reich. Then comes along this plain-talking, New York businessman and he turns the tables on them, quite possibly creating a long-term majority of conservatives and traditionalists. How sweet.

And if we can convince the blacks to leave the leftist plantation and join us in remaking a values based free society, the democrats will be virtually eliminated as a national party.

Establishment Republicans are too stupid to realize that, or maybe they realize Trump Republicans could be the power.

If they swallow their pride, they could hold control for decades.

This election showed that the Dems have little base and even it is cracking. Dem leadership has been pushing so far to the left that they forgot about the ‘Reagan’ Democrats. Trump likely tapped into those disenfranchised Democrats.

But Pubbies are known as the Party of Stupid for a reason — they earned it.

No doubt about it. My only fear is Obamacare, as the potential exists to do the repeal and replace badly and if people get hurt even worse (hard as that may be to believe), there could be a backlash that removes control of the House and/or Senate in 2018. If that happens...forgetaboutit.

I see Obamacare as the highest risk item on his agenda because it involves un-doing the devious work of the Obama administration and his Pelosi/Reid Congress that disassembled part of the previous healthcare infrastructure that now needs to be put back in place. It’s hard to put Humpty back to gether again, but it must be done. Quickly, and without unintended consequences.

Everything else, I have high confidence in his Cabinet to accomplish.

This is only a possibility until the GOPe gets its candidate again. They they will cross over and moderate and reach out to leftists and turn off the same people who turned out to vote for DJT.

Frank Luntz is right - for the wrong reason.

The demographic oddity of the 60's - big baby boomer bulge - the depositionally large number of influential young people - is over.

' adults' will be in charge from here on out. Trump is a sign of things to come.

Eternal teenagers of the left - snowflakes and their ilk - are yesterday's fantasy. They won't sway power in the future. Political romanticizing of 'the young' - the foolishness of the 'age of Aquarius' is over... deader than a doornail. The press needs to staff their newsrooms with serious adults too... it's why the New York Times is downsizing... hippie 'wisdom' is finished.

Look, there is no long term. We were lucky to have a candidate as bad as Clinton. But watch out. They may be trying to set up another candidate like Michelle Obama. She can deliver a speech. And that is all they want from their candidate. The party and the press does the rest.

Obama and Bush did not really know anything. The two of them brought in a team. Or more appropriately said, the team picked the candidate and ran the campaign. The team ran the government. And Obama and Bush were the figureheads.

However, Trump is creating a team. He is going in there to throw people out. He is going at it as though the press and money did not matter. I am not sure how this will work, but Trump has devalued lobbyists. There money does not matter as much as it used to. That being said, his stance to deregulate and to lower taxes is a dream to many lobbyists.

Its possible that Trump is reshaping a new republican team. Or he is just creating a third team. Because of Reince, I think this is the new republican world order. It’s more pragmatic. It doesn’t sell the government. The government knows what its goals are, the American people. As long as we don’t lose white women and blue collar, I think we can hold it together. The press, the teachers, the globalists, and ethnic group leaders will be working to destroy the new Trump world order.
