Yeah, Julian was not at all happy having to give any details whatsoever on sources, but he did anyway.

I read this the other day and still don't know what the heck it means.

Are any voting machines connected to the Internet?

If not, then is she saying the Russians had no boots on the ground in America trying to manually hack voting machines ?

This Assange fellow has been demonized by people on the left and right for a good while now. It took the dynamics of this election for me to understand that it is really the establishment factions that are so frightened of him.

His biggest contribution in my opinion was to show beyond any question how the MSM is in the bag for Democrats.

Assange was adamant about not revealing his source, and his saying that the source was not a "state actor" was even further than he wanted to go, but he objected to the source of the leaks being falsely attributed to the Russians.

I think the odds are about 70% that the leaks came from a disgruntled Sanders supporter within the Democratic Party, someone who either didn't care if they helped Trump or figured they wouldn't make much of a difference even if they did help Trump, i.e., Clinton would win anyway.

By describing the DNC/Podesta hacks as "hacking the election," the MSM have tried to create the false impression that Russia penetrated the election infrastructure (voting machines, etc.), and altered the vote count. No one in any intelligence agency has made that claim.

I might be inclined to forgive. Her work was good, pre DOJ in Brooklyn, NY.

She may have been ambushed by Bill Clinton in Phoenix last June and either thought no one was watching or that a meeting with a former president shouldn’t be turned down. Bill Clinton had nothing to lose with this meeting. She should have done the math, but when you have seconds to make a decision, she choked.

She recused herself from the HRC server investigation, and is trying to get back her reputation.
