She never received FBI search warrants because the warrants were not issued by the FBI. The warrants and search were part of a local investigation into her husband's sexting activity with underaged girls.
The State Department emails were discovered during that search, and turned over to the FBI.
IIRC there was talk that the NYPD was so aggrieved at what they found (re: pedophile/children images) that they threatened to go public. That was the time the FBI supposedly became involved = i.e. it could blow up on the FBI’s meme of “nothing to see here folks” - Comey’s 1st time around.
The other item I find ironic is that Huma is bringing up the line “Huma Abedin learned FBI was looking at her emails from the press”.
How many times have we heard that before (Obama et al): “I found out about it hearing/reading it in the press”.
She knows that and her little quip that the lying media ran with here about no warrants, was only meant to discredit any evidence seized.
It won’t work.
The information was obtained by U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara thrue a subpoena.
and maybe the FBI had no intention of going through them and thats why they ‘searched them in a few days. Have the FBI testify as to which judge issued them and to whom.
From what I remember the FBI waited a few days to even look at the computer because they were waiting on a warrant. Could the warrant have been to nypd since they already had the computer?
...and any and all information that the NYPD has, Bharara has it...
Could be why he met with President Trump a couple of weeks ago...
You can bet that the NYPD has a copy...and isn’t it funny when that computer was taken is when all the ‘pizzagate’ came out?

Perhaps this explains Comey’s almost instant reversal of reopening the investigation prior to the election.

I believe Wiener got a hold of Huma’s laptop, phone and pad and programmed them all to send duplicates of ALL sent or received by her to his computer.

If so, no search warrant needed.
