I think so; but it may depend on the individual states rules regarding “electors”.
I do know some states can remove an unruly elector and replace them with another person who will vote according to the voters wishes.

Republicans always lose? Well they’ve won often enough lately to elect the governors of 30 states, control almost that number of state legislatures, the U.S. Senate, the U.S. House of Representatives, and the Presidency. So they must be doing something the voters like.
They ALWAYS lose the PR war.
Some people need more explaining.
Just further proof that electors are total political/partisan insiders. So how did those “faithless” electors get chosen? Who sponsored them? I sure hope there’s a GOP ‘whip’ assuring the R electors hold.
I wish they would, so it would put paid to all this crap, and we could see if it was, as an Assange associated has claimed, not a hack, but an insider LEAK! THAT would be extremely embarrassing to the Democrats, and hopefully cause a lot of the anti-Trump people to shut the hell up, at least for a few days!
