The Southern Poverty Law Center, aka the SPLC, has published a list of what they call “Terror from the Right” that categorizes two Islamic terror attacks—including the deadly assault on Orlando’s Pulse nightclub that left 49 dead and the Black Lives Matter-inspired murders of police officers in Baton Rouge and Dallas—as “radical-right terrorist plots.”The Daily Caller contacted the SPLC about the bizarre and contradictory “Terror from the Right” list but were given no answers.

NO. No BLM member has ever been attacked. White people have been videotaped giving BLM members fruit baskets, but so far, no attacks. There also hasn’t been a siting of an active KKK member in 80 years, but the SPLC keeps looking for them. They never tire doing their good work. We should send them a fruit basket.

Back in June 2015. a class action lawsuit was filed in federal court by the Southern Poverty Law Center and Appleseed Legal Justice Center charges that policies classifying the children of illegal immigrants born in the U.S. and living in South Carolina as “non-residents” for the purposes of tuition, grants, and scholarships are discriminatory.

“This class action lawsuit challenges the policies of the South Carolina Commission on Higher Education (‘CHE’), the College of Charleston, and Trident Technical College that classify dependent U.S. citizen students who reside in South Carolina as ‘non- residents’ for tuition, scholarship, and need-based grant purposes solely because their parents lack requisite proof of citizenship or immigration status,” the lawsuit reads.

“These policies invidiously discriminate against Plaintiffs and other students who are U.S. citizens, in violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution,” it adds.

The suit was filed on behalf of three teens who argue that, despite the inability of their parents to prove they are in the country legally, they should be granted in-state benefits to pay for college in South Carolina. The plaintiffs are suing as part of a class."

In 1980, the alert Georgia General Assembly was concerned about “the increasing sophistication of various criminal elements on the public payroll,” so the state adopted the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), patterned after a similar federal law.

RICO is often used to try to prove that a legal business was being used for illegal means, and, in the beginning, was used to prosecute drug traffickers or organized crime members.

But in recent years, prosecutors have applied RICO to government officials and those on the public payroll accused of using their offices for personal gain (and other nefarious purposes).

At the time the Georgia Rico law was implemented, it involved some 28-29 various former and current Atlanta public school academics, including a Superintendent. All are in jail. The academics had falsified official reports, took bonuses illegally, gulled parents, and various other crimes.

To bring a case under Georgia’s RICO law, there must be at least two underlying felonies — such as fraud, bribery, witness tampering (among others). RICO allows prosecutors to include multiple defendants charged with various crimes in the self-same indictment, and to charge that they were allegedly part of an ongoing criminal enterprise.
