As a supporter of legal cannabis & someone who uses cannabis for medical reasons, I find these “activists” behavior to be unacceptable & unhelpful. Sneaking cannabis into a legal “no go zone” for cannabis is criminal behavior & does nothing to advance their cause. Trying to give that guy some cannabis was also insanely stupid.
This kind of juvenile stunt doesn’t help or advance the issue of legalizing cannabis at all, IMO.
This really demonstrates the tragedy of local governing in DC - this district belongs to the nation and such a legalization procedure should have been authorized by Congress - representing a US vote collectively.

Every time I think of a “weed” activist, I think of someone like my brother — a wild-eyed zealot who goes on and on about how George Washington and Thomas Jefferson used to grow pot, and how its a natural plant, and how God wouldn’t have put it on the earth if He didn’t want people to smoke it, etc.
I suspect that Sessions and his staff were amused by these clowns more than anything else.

I work for a Company in the Music Industry and most of the Employees are Musicians.
I’m the only person there who DOES NOT have a Medical Marijuana Card and I’m the only person there who is actually sick. I have Leukemia.
A visit to Dr. Feelgood and $100 gets you the Medical Marijuana Card. Now that recreational use of Marijuana has been Legalized in CA, it won’t be necessary anymore.
