Who needs sprinklers, smoke alarms, or other fire safety provisions? That’s bourgeois. Burning man, literally? (I do feel sorry for them though. I would not personally wish it on them.)

I read that for YEARS this place was known as a flagrant fire hazard that was being used illegally for raves, drug parties, and crash-pad for colorful transients, some of them minors.
The building code inspectors and LEOs who knew for "years" ought to be up on criminal charges.
