Trump can’t pardon anyone until January 20, 2017.

He is anti-2nd amendment.
We don’t need an “officer” previously sworn to uphold, protect and defend the Constitution who thinks parts of it need to go away as SecState or any position.

I think the PO would tend to go lenient.

There's be some kind of arrangement...either a pardon (perhaps a partial one) or some other arrangement.

From CNN this past summer...
Retired U.S. Army Gen. David Petraeus...is teaming up with retired NASA astronaut Mark Kelly to create a new group urging greater gun control.
Disqualified, right there.

Every nation will be throwing women at him, hoping to get “All In” -— this is a disaster waiting to happen.

Every country knows how to get their way with Petraeus. It’s not speaking engagement fees he’s into. Their are hot ladies all over the world. Best four years of his life if he gets in.

Yes, it’s a standard security risk with a very high chance of succeeding.
Same with Bill Clinton. Well, Hillary’s maid got to see the Top Secret and Classified info.....
The Trump Team should know this. He shouldn’t even be on a long list; much less a short list.

Petraeus plead guilty to one federal charge for giving notebooks containing some classified information to his biographer.
The notebooks contained mostly unclassified information but there was some classified information included.
None of the classified information was released or included in his biography.
Hillary Clinton secretly and illegally set up a private email system located in the Clinton foundation offices. When the information on her private server was subpoenaed Clinton used bleach bit to illegally destroy the information and refused to provide the information as legally required.
Petraeus was found guilty. Clinton was never fully investigated and never charged.
I don't think anyone is stupid enough to believe these cases are equivalent or even similar.
