The VA hospital in Murfreesboro, TN had that problem back about 8 years or so ago with them doing colonoscopy, from just going down there I got the impression it is hard to find American born doctors with in the system, most are foreign born doctors, My gut feeling is it seems to be hard to keep American doctors within the system, it’s not just the low pay but the bureaucracy, I’m not impressed with the VA in Murfreesboro, Unfortunate the VA in Murfreesboro is not attached to any big medical school like you see in the big cities.

its the bureaucracy......its non medical people up the food chain making decisions only doctors should be making...THAT is the problem....
