The White House’s top immigration staffer said President Obama won’t pardon illegal immigrants before the end of his term, dashing hopes of activists who had pleaded for Mr. Obama to use his powers to shield hundreds of thousands of Dreamers from deportation.
White House Domestic Policy Council Director Cecilia Munoz, in a podcast interview with the Center for Migration Studies, said they’ve concluded a pardon wouldn’t apply to immigration cases — and wouldn’t be a permanent solution anyway.

It wouldn’t work. The presidential pardon can only apply to crimes that have already taken place. It cannot apply to crimes that have not yet occurred.
So Obama could pardon all illegals for every day they are here illegally up until the day of the pardon. The following day, they are still here illegally.
Obama had the House and Senate and did not change immigration law. He could have but chose instead to make it a re-election issue for 2012. The shellacking in house and senate continued. But, he had 2 years to do anything he wanted and he blew it.
He wasn’t just a bad president. He also was an incompetent democrat is what I think future democrats will some day admit.

It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if he pardons traitor Bradley...birds of a feather.
But he’ll just let them invade and infest our nation in the meantime.

indeed. he could possibly try to individually pardon them one at a time IF he had a list of the names of the people to pardon, but the pardons wouldn’t extend to the future illegality of CONTINUING to remain in our country illegally. It would be like pardoning a bank robber who then continued to rob banks.
And WTP should believe those lying purple lips because...?
