I saw a Ry Cooder video of a performance at the Buena Vista Social Club (it’s in Cuba) and there was a lot of footage of them driving around in an early 60’s convertible. The whole scene looked like it was the early 60’s. The sheer quantity of classics was astounding. It’s like they are frozen in time.
