No it doesn’t. It shows that it was that way for 18% of voters, not everybody.

– an astonishing 18% of the electorate told us they had an unfavorable opinion of both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.

It was the safe thing to say. They supported Trump all along, IMO.

I think this is all nonsense, judging from the tens of thousands who always showed up at all the Trump events!!!!!!!!!!

I don’t know anyone under 60 years old who even registered or voted. The younger they are the less likely to vote. None of my adult kids or their spouses vote, they don’t eben register. I voted for Nixon, my first election, back then you had to be 21 years old. I have always voted. They interviewed a lot of the protesters and none of them voted, or registered to vote....

The hidden group were the closeted Trump voters who put Trump over the top.

Yes, because sometimes you vote one way to defeat a greater evil.

This data reveals that the 2016 Presidential election was about hold your nose and vote for change, not for a candidate.

And THAT simple fact is what the liberals and the media COMPLETELY missed.

And the Second Amendment and pro-life stand Trump took.

I’m convinced that that third debate did it for him.

I know it convinced mr. mm to vote for him

Well , what do you know, the pussy voters elected Trump!( sarc.)

I doubt it. Trump is likeable once you get past the propaganda to the facts. Clinton is not, what you see is what you get.

That’s just a statistic based on people who got past the MSM
caricature of Trump.

Its an indication of a loss of power by the MSM, They can no longer hoodwink the American People.

Well, given the state of the country and the direction it’s been headed, if you didn’t like either one but were still going to vote, you’d vote for the one most likely to change things. That ain’t Hillary.

“an astonishing 18% of the electorate told us they had an unfavorable opinion of both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. And this is the group that won the election for Trump.”

This makes sense and I am surprised it is as low as 18%.

Trump was dislikable, but he had the benefit of espousing important policy.

Ending sanctuary cities.

Deporting criminal illegal aliens - gang members, rapists, murderers.
banning Muslim immigration.

He has the House and Senate.

These things had better happen pronto.

Progressives will never consider it could be them, that they are not as wise and smart as they beleive they are.

And, certainly no one wants to be micro managed by these ninnies

Might as well quote SNL has they are probably about as adept as the MSM in their penchant for manufacturing news and spinning their agenda.

That’s right; the enemedia smeared him to the point where public support may be frowned upon in the workplace, on lawn signs, and on bumper stickers, but they couldn’t get around that secret ballot. I expect both the secret ballot and online anonymity to be targeted going forward; shop stewards are going to be submitting completed absentee ballots completed under duress weeks before any election going forward...

Only those living in a bubble can’t see that Trump was clearly the lesser of two evils in the eyes of most swing voters.

Also note that while many Democrat voters who didn’t like Clinton stayed home, many Republicans who didn’t like Trump came out and under-voted for President (and a few even voted for Clinton) while voting for Republican for Senate in PA and other places.

Of course, many Trump voters voted against Kirk and for Duckworth in IL. Comparing the vote counts of candidates of the same party for different races in the same state can get quite interesting. They aren’t all strong in the same precincts.

The poll only shows there was a Bradly affect for Trump. The media so vilified him nobody would admit they were voting for him let alone liked. That was the silent majority.

Pray America woke

“Evangelicals” turned out over 84% to vote based on estimates.

Maybe that’s it? The apathy has always been strong with that group and I suspect it’ll return now that the waters are ‘calm’.

A single "group" does not win an election (unless it is the largest voting bloc in the election).

An election is won by all of the votes not just a subset of votes. Fallacious reasoning.
