Thanks for putting that part of it succinctly.

For anyone breaking the law, face the consequences for vote fraud.

For anyone grossly breaking the law, face the same consequences for treason.

There is the mechanism to do it via the Voting Rights Act.

Just modify the REAL ID act to add the requirement to present such ID to vote in a Federal election.

Here’s the fun part. We might not even need a law change. The act is very vague. The law gives the DHS secretary unlimited authority to require “Federal Identification” for purposes that the secretary may determine. I prefer to codify it in law, but a “cellphone and a pen” seemed to work pretty well for the rats.
