I used to live just off of N. Carrollton, a block from the streetcar line. I used to work at a bar at the “turn” of St. Charles and Carrollton called Cooter Brown’s. But we’re talking almost 40 years ago.

I believe Cooter Browns is still there. An old friend of mine painted the original mural on the outside.
