There are many machines and there is a Global Election Management System (GEMS). Most of these things were at one time manufactured by Dominion and Smartmatic.
Both Dominion and Smartmatic were heavy donors to Clinton.
Soros at one time owned Smartmatic but sold it to Dominion. BUT the Soros IT group retained all the IP of both companies products. That means Soros people control and maintain the software for GEMS, Smartmatic machines, and Dominion machines.
