She was a lovely, charming lady. Thankfully, she went out smiling and was spared a lingering illness.

Wow! I had no idea she was anywhere near 82, I would have thought late 60’s. Makes me feel old....

sad...she sang God Bless America every year a the Indianapolis 500 until last year....i saw her at the Indy 500 Festival Parade in 2015 riding with Mary Hulman George when their car broke down- she was hysterical...
