Obviously, gang violence. I went to an outdoor sports festival and gang patrols were there. I know this Juice Bowl Football Tournament (that’s what it is called) draws thousands of people. I’m sure the police had a presence there or should have had such. Someone could have just slipped through. The Juice Bowl is yearly on Thanksgiving.
