Angela Merkel has said public opinion is being manipulated on the internet, claiming fake news websites and trolls could influence the approaching German elections.
In her first major address since announcing her intention to seek a fourth term, the German chancellor was also heckled and labelled a disgrace as she claimed to be fighting illegal immigration in Germany. Something has changed. As globalization has marched on, debate is taking place in a completely new media environment. Opinions arent formed the way they were 25 years ago, she said, according to AFP.
Today we have fake sites, bots, trolls things that regenerate themselves, reinforcing opinions with certain algorithms and we have to learn to deal with them, she added.
The chancellor linked the rise of alternative media to populist politics in the West during the speech.

The slower politicians, like Merkel, will learn that the media no longer controls what the masses think.
Welcome to the NEW WORLD ORDER of information Ms. Merkel.

Is it not quite a coincidence that the far-left globalists speak from the same script at the same time? To my it is proof that our national governments have been subsumed by a controlling entity.
Merkel will meet the same fate as Moussilini and Hitler.

The left is nothing if not predictable. They must have a permanent staff of people who think up the talking points. Just in the past few weeks: Before the election: "It's absurd to say the election could be rigged; there are so many safeguards; voter fraud is a right-winf myth."
"Trump supporters will not accept the results of the election and will riot."
"Trump's campaign is in disarray; there is no way he will win."
After the election:
"The anti-Trump demonstrations were "mostly peaceful."
"Trump has unleashed a 'wave' of hate crimes."
"Trump's transition team is in disarray."
"Trump probably stole the election."
"trump won because of 'fake news'."

Merkel Says Trolls and Fake News Could Influence German Election
But it's far more likely that gross incompetence due to incredible naivety by the German chancellor will influence the German election. Merkel is a menace not only to her own nation, but to Europe as a whole. It seems to be Germany's fate to elect leaders who pose existential threats to the rest of Europe.

So the Chancellor (one would think they would stop using THAT term) thinks that all information should be approved by the government....or by online services in cooperation with government. Fascism.
Scratch a German, find a Nazi underneath.
