Trump at NASA: Hasta la Vista Climate Fraud and Muslim Outreach…

NASA’s top climate scientist Gavin Schmidt has warned President-Elect Donald Trump that the planet just won’t stand for having a fully-fledged climate denier in the White House.

Good luck with that one, Gavin. Or “Toast” as we’ll shortly be calling you…

Schmidt, director of NASA’s Goddard Institute for Space Studies (GISS), told the Independent:

“The point is simple: the climate is changing and you can try to deny it, you can appoint people who don’t care about it into positions of power, but regardless nature has the last vote on this.”

Unfortunately, Schmidt doesn’t feel so strongly on the issue that he is prepared to offer his resignation:

Asked if he would resign if the Trump administration adopted the most extreme form of climate change denial, Dr Schmidt said this was “an interesting question”. It would not cause him to quit “in and of itself”, he said.

“Government science and things generally go on regardless of the political views of the people at the top,” Dr Schmidt said. “The issue would be if you were being asked to skew your results in any way or asked not to talk about your results. Those would be much more serious issues.”

Schmidt’s principled position on skewing results is somewhat ironic given that skewing results is what he does best.

Hmmm. Appears we have conflicting reports on the climate portion anyway. See next post.

Regardless of anything circulating now, I am and have always been against NASA’s Hansen having a platform. That will remain so.

I don't know many who deny that average temperatures have been climbing ever since the last ice age.

What is in dispute is the cause and consequences of such a temperature rise.

“NASA’s top climate scientist Gavin Schmidt has warned President-Elect Donald Trump that the planet just won’t stand for having a fully-fledged climate denier...”

“climate denier”?

“denier”

“the planet just won’t stand for”?

Will the planet stand up and object vehemently? Go on strike?

We are all headed straight back to the darkened ages of humanity’s past with such illogic being not only unchallenged, but championed.

Did Trump deny that the climate was changing? News to me. I thought he believed that pretending to force the climate to go into statis was a criminal waste of resources.

I have been against Hansen ever since I found out about him and that snake Mann and Phil Jones at EA CRU concocted all this AGW crap and promulgated it throughout academia while simultaneously suppressing legitimate peer review in the process. Their little academic cabal is responsible for some of the most deceptive and irresponsible scholarship (if you want to call it that) about this obsession they have (which consequently gave them millions in ‘contracts and grants’ by opportunistic politicians looking for a replacement dogma for socialism).

Looks like they’re letting elon musky do their rocket stuff these days. Hmmm. Wonder what kind of subsidies he gets for that?

NASA should be tasked with sending the Islamic Moon Rocks back.

From Schmidt's NASA website

I am particularly interested in ways in which model skill can be evaluated over the instrumental period and in paleo-climate records, with a focus on periods that might provide key constraints on the system (Schmidt, 2010). I recently coordinated a white paper on how these measures of skill in representing past climate changes can be directly used to inform future projections (Schmidt et al,., 2014b).

The evidence of long term paleo-climate variability exists primarily in the form of proxy data recorded in deep sea cores, ice cores, tree rings and other proxies such as the the skeletal remains of corals or in speleothems (cave deposits). The main difficulty is that the proxy data are records of multiple processes and hence, it is difficult to unambiguously ascribe a climatic cause to any particular recorded event, hence incorporating 'forward models' of the proxies themselves is a key step in being able to assess the proxy 'fingerprints' of change.

In other words we don't have real data on climate change. Just "proxy data" on the measurable effects of geological climate change on things in the geological record.

Let's not allow ourselves to be confused by "proxy data." The real test is our "skill" in explaining away the proxy data while constructing models that properly predict the impending doom for humanity - unless we achieve the DIVERSE Carbon-free muslim dominated globalist world we all seek where we are free to celebrate our DIVERSITY while starving, freezing and living in darkness.

Of course the human race will survive because some survivalists somewhere will hunt and burn carbon and survive the vast extinction of the world population to be brought about by this toxic meme propounded by the Podesta Soros axis of global crony capitalism.

Generally speaking, the earth’s climate has been warming for the past 15,000 years. I mean there just aren’t the glaciers there used to be in places like Wisconsin and Minnesota. Greenhouse gasses are an important reason why this is so. The most important greenhouse gas in earth’s atmosphere is H2O, not CO2. H2O is 50 times more abundant than CO2 and is responsible for about 95% of the “greenhouse effect”. (Thank God.)

NASA converted to climate research and muslim outreach.

Let's convert the Navy to whale exploration and... muslim outreach.

NASA “won’t stand for it”? [smirk] What’s he gonna do - drop to the floor and have a temper tantrum?

In the spirit of Trump’s, “You hit me, I come back and hit you harder” promise, he should defund NASA. (Can he do that?) Kill the EPA, too, while he’s at it.

Another stupid man of science who thinks he can piss in the ocean and change the Gulf Stream. If we amassed all the brain power of every scientist on the planet, they could not change the climate one iota. It is not within their power to do so. The end of the earth will come the date God, the Creator, has set, and that is the truth.

I don’t believe in man-made global warming, but I will not be a climate denier. Who in their right mind would deny the earth has a climate?
