If they were only convicted of marijuana possession or dealing, and it’s in states that legalized it, that does make sense.
Here are a few of them. Lots of cocaine and crack cocaine. These are not just dudes pulled over possessing a joint. I see one had 5KGs of cocaine. But some had already served served 20 years or so. I don’t know past history of these criminals and that should factor into the mix.

These are all hardcore felons who peaded down from major drug sales arrests to lesser charges, and now Obama has turned them lose on America.
