We really should figure out a modern form of exile. What we need is a large, habitable island. Take the people we don’t want on the streets but that the liberals don’t want to incarcerate, give them a spade, hoe, and some packets of seed, and drop them off. Any do-gooders who want to provide medical care would be free to join them, at their own expense.
