That said, any fool in the spillover to MD and VA should know the DC Metro area has been in a bubble for way too many years. The smart ones put their homes on the market last year or earlier this year and have closed the sale on the bubble price.

I was around during the 80’s when banks and savings and loans were closed. Old school bankers were brought in from retirement. They were NOT LIKED and not beholden to the community. A few were run into the ditch on country roads.
But they got the job done and then left the community. A lot of tough decisions that had to be made were made.

Trump will need good people to run the government and good people can command good salaries.

Getting rid of the liberals will get rid of all the stupid things that depress property values like sanctuary cities, poor schools and allowing gangs like MS-13 to operate with impunity.

It will also get rid of local bloated local government that increases local income and property taxes.

Finally, it will force State and local government to be more pro business and more pro middle class to attract a sufficient tax base.
