My niece and her husband just moved to Toronto in Sept so he can get his degree. I guess they plan to stay there at least 4 years.
That crap will stop when they find they can’t get student loans for it.

The reaction to the election really makes you think, about how the heck we’re raising kids today, and how they are coddled, and how the heck does college life help you towards adulthood.
I was around college campuses in the 1972 and 1988 elections. The liberals then were frustrated at the results, as Republicans won easy victories. But, we didn’t have play doh and therapy dogs and all this other stuff going on, to coddle students about their disappointment about an election.
These kids apparently don’t understand, that we have elections, and that their preferred candidate doesn’t always win. But that’s life. In politics, we have all been disappointed at the results of elections, or policies enacted by our government.
These kids need to grow up. Life will not always go according to a liberal playbook. In politics, as well as their personal lives, they will encounter setbacks and disappointments, and anger sometimes. But you have to learn to cope with things that life throws at you, if you are going to survive and have a good life.
I shudder to think that, the “best and brightest” in college today, will be the business leaders and education leaders and political leaders of tomorrow.
What does he want to get a degree in?
Really? Seniors in high school take time out of their day evading parents complaints about FAFSA forms college entrance essays and visits and the shock and awe of ten fold tuition rates since parents were at school to give a rats a about trump? No sale
Our gang looks at foreign schools for the serious bargain. Canada is no. 1
Its some real specialized degree that has to do with diet and therapy or something like that. Maybe that’s the only unit that offers it or something.
And, of course, Canadians are thrilled at the prospect of their country becoming Americanized by the dregs of even the most lunatic fringe of the left here.
