If 5 (4 with some reservations) Justices want to hear a case, they hear the case and grant certiorari. Roberts could go pound in the sand. Chief Justice is mainly just a title for pomp and circumstance. The only real power would be agenda setting/meetings; however any associate Judge can always make what they “see” known before the rest of the Justices.

Nearly everyone who becomes pregnant made a choice to do the baby-making thing.

And yet they may have still taken precautions to NOT become pregnant. But what then if they do become pregnant? You don't offer any options to those individuals. This is why abortion needs to be a state/local issue, so citizens can make these determinations for themselves. The SC should not have the authority to outlaw it totally or take it away from the states.

Unborn Children are routinely treated in hospitals as patients. They have patient charts and of course there are the medical bills to go right along.

We see 4D Ultrasounds in real time video of children waiting to be born and learn that they are operated on. Yet if the mother were to decide tomorrow that she no longer wants to be pregnant, her precious baby somehow becomes a blob of tissue to be discarded?

"Hey kid, we are so “free” here in the US that we can operate on you before you are born to help make you a healthy baby, or we can dismember you and throw you out with the trash.

Americans would never accept abortion by OBVIOUS coercion so the illusion of "Choice" was foisted upon the sheeple.
