I’m assuming Pansey doesn’t realize that come of the areas that were crucial to Trump’s victory — industrial and mining counties in Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio — hadn’t voted Republican for some time, and gave Obama over 60% of their votes both times he ran. I’m assuming some of the same people who voted for Obama voted for Trump this time.
