Remember when the GOP took the Senate back in the early 2000’s? They bent over backwards to show the Democrats their bellies.

There’s too many of us in the Senate now, and he’s seen what we do to turncoats come the next primary. I think he doesn’t have the stones to do that.

The filibuster needs to be a major issue. As in it’s demise. It serves little purpose at this point other than to screw over nationalists.

IIRC, GWBush allowed all of Clinton's waiting federal judge nominees go through the process and many of them were confirmed. Just Bush being a nice guy. /s
