The ongoing protests, now in their eighth day, against the election of Donald Trump as President of the U.S. can be seen in benign fashion as democracy in action, illustrations of the exercise of the right of free speech. Some of the protestors may be sincere, open-minded critics of what they perceive are Trump's policies and intentions. They do not deny the validity of his election, nor seek to disqualify it.
But the protests must also be seen less kindly as undemocratic and indeed reactionary in their refusal to accept the validity of the democratic election result.
The United States today has nothing in common with the Communist regime in East Germany in the 1950s. Nevertheless, it is well to remember the bitter remark of the German poet and playwright Bertolt Brecht after the failure of the uprising of June 17, 1953 in East Germany against poor economic wage and working conditions, an uprising that was put down brutually by Soviet Union troops.
In his poem "The Solution" critical of the brutality, Brecht ironically wrote it was easier for the Communist goverment to maintain control by dissolving the people and electing another. The present day U.S protestors, whether choreographed or not or organized by groups said to be sponsored by billionaire George Soros, in their refusal to accept the will of the people want to dissolve the American people and demand both the reversal of the election result and changes in the Constitution.

And we all now see Obama defined as the Utopian liberal fascist that he is, who convinced Europe that he was not just another shuck and jive politician, once again Europe believed in a Utopia, just as they had accepted the Utopias of Hitler and Mussolini. Hoodwinked yet again by an American presidential psychopomp, whose similarities to his European predecessor utopians went completely unnoticed, even when they were complicit in the illegal destruction of Libya , and destroyed the 8th wonder of the world, The Great Man Made River, genocide caused by destroying the water supply of a whole people.You won’t read about that in any liberal progressive rag. The EU should be ashamed of itself.It certainly does not deserve to continue.
If the EU does not take the opportunity afforded by Trump to repudiate Obama, they will become Muslim nations, or become the conquered of Russia. The EU has only a short amount of time to realize its foolishness in the destruction of Libya at the hands of utopian liberal fascism, a whole nation destroyed by the very political correctness which now threatens the destruction of Europe as we know it.
Merkel must go. Lepin must win France. Its all about to begin: the battle for the heart and soul of Europe. Britain is safe,only for the moment.
Brussels is done, but Europe? We shall see.America will yet again attempt to rescue Europe from itself.But there is little enthusiasm for it after what Europe and Obama did to Libya, an act of infamy which will go down in history as one of the most heinous acts ever perpetrated on a third world nation of camel herders by the so called civilized nations of NATO. That's my take.
The protesters are free to protest. Good for them. But the media is not obligated to give them 24/7 coverage. For me the problem is the coverage and not the protests. There will always be enough crazies to organize a protest against motherhood itself, given a little influx of $Soros.
So MSM, you lost this election for the Dems. It is time to move on and for you to grow up. I don't expect it but I still recommend it.
While waiting for the MSM to grow up, a long wait I'm betting, my solution is to simply ignore the coverage. It's repetitive, it's boring, it adds nothing to the political narrative.
Brussels can hang on to power if the Muslim invasion proceeds at a measured pace.
Trump needs to pull out of the Balkans and let them pour in through Albania. Tough love and a wake up call.
I think thousands of conservatives should join. Just walk around Manhattan, skip the chants, have a few hot dogs, take Soros’ money and go home :)
