The same policy as the US media has had for years.
But they do. Despite BREXIT the UK remains firmly within the EU and its leaders continue to stall and seek so me way to override the will of the people. This is the European way, if the people vote the "wrong" way in a referendum then condemn, stall, threaten, frighten, and hold another vote until you get the "right" result. Seems to be the plan in place for BREXIT too.
